When I was looking up something of another, I came across
Sugarlaws recipe for rhubarb jam. One of the comments was from
Marc of No Recipes, who mentioned if strained the jam could make a lovely cocktail. And, indeed it did. With strawberry infused vodka and champagne, it was very tasty. It was also good as a non-alcoholic cocktail rhubarb cocktail with rhubarb jam juice and fizzy water.

It's a little too early in the morning, but at about 5 o'clock this evening it will be tasty!!
Oh how lovely. The colour is so delicate. Almost a shame to drink it. Almost. :D
So stylish. Love that etched stem. What an inventive cocktail!
Wowee! I want a glass or two of this! I made rhubarb & orange jam, earlier in the year, I suppose I could use that?
Oh this is simple and easy. What great inspiration. I'm going to try this with some of my raspberry jam.
i haven't tried rhubarb before but i saw it in some luxury supermarkets downtown. gotta get me some of that ^_^
This did not sound a bit good to me, but the other night I had vodka and no vermouth... so decided to see if, indeed, it could work. I used mulberry-rhubarb jam, and it was WONDERFUL. Now I know what to do with the far-too-many jars of jam I have already put up this summer!
I want that glass and drink. Really beautiful.
yummmy...at first i thought...maybelle was all grown up...but i am glad it is non-alcoholic :)
