Rhubarb Jam

Sugarlaws had a lovely rhubarb jam on their site, so with the last of the rhubarb for the year, I decided to make jam. I followed her lead, but I added some strawberries. (Hence the much deeper color.)

I was good enough that I just ate it out of the jar. I should also say, I halved the recipe--how much jam can one family eat?

This is so summery and perfect for the hot season! I wish our dog didn't eat all our rhubarb or else I'll try it today!
I'll just have to go to the market!

Looks awesome! Rhubarb season is so painfully short -- it's gone from our farmer's market already! This looks so great though -- the strawberries are an awesome addition!
