Recipes
Fava Bean Hummus
Blend:
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen fava beans, thawed
2 T tahini dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
1/4 tsp. cayenne or red chili pepper
3 T olive oil
After blended, add:
3 tbsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
Fig Dip
Soak in hot water
5 dried figs
Blend
figs
soaking water
1/3 cup almonds (that have been soaked in water overnight)
When fairly smooth (chunky peanut butter smooth), add
2 T balsamic
sea salt
crushed black pepper
2 T olive oil
