There's nothing better than home made ravioli and your's looks soooo satisfying. I like extra sauce, please! I really like the dish you have it plated in too.
thanks for the compliment. I enjoyed the food, but didn't love the pictures. This whole blog thing has allowed me take all my random plates out and give them worldwide notoriety.
is that an Atlas pasta maker? do you like it? I'm considering buying one, but with my *tiny* kitchen I don't have much storage space... but your ravioli looks delicious!
It is just that pasta maker. My husband said basically that is the only one to have. (He is only half Italian, so only take half his advice.) We use it about once a month, and I like those noodle so much more than the hand rolled ones. They have a nice mouth feel. Actually, I kind of wanted to get the pasta maker that attaches to our kitchen aid and my husband refused. He really prefers the hand crank. It is one of our essential kitchen gadgets.
