Planning a Silk Route Dinner


If you want to make your own Silk Route dinner:
5-4 days ahead
make pickled radishes

2-3 days ahead:
make your grape vine and your prayer flags.
roast lambs and then make stock in the slowcooker over night.

1 days:
make nan dough
make langman sauce
slow cook chicken for the pullao
put up the laundry line
make tomato salad

Day of:
first thing in the morning, make eggplant
delegate--have husband set up the tent
make noodles (set pot of water to boil before starting noodles)
finish pullao
eat and enjoy
