Top with feta, pistachios, coriander leaves

Pomegranate molasses, cider vinegar and grapeseed oil

Eat, eat, eat

This is very pretty. Normally (and I hate admitting this) beets are served out of a can at my house :P. I bet they'd be so much tastier served up like this--very elegant too :).
