Vegetarian Lentil “Bolognese”

I believe certain topics are not to be discussed like anything associated with politics and bathrooms. Both have a dirty aspect which I prefer to avoid. Of this dish, lets just say that we have entered into a new fiber rich eating regime and leave it at that.

nothing like a bowl full of blended beans to regulate those bodily functions. sounds like quite a tasty way to get the job done. :)

I always make bolognaise with soya mince, but I really like this recipe. I will have to give it a go.

This is an interesting idea. No carrot though for your bolognese? There are times I just want to eat beans and I crave them. I'll remember this idea. I like it.

Phrase it however you like, it's still delicious eating in the end. I am totally passing this on to my sister, who loooves her lentils. Lovely meal, MM.
